As a mentee, this program will consist of regular 1-1 meetings with me via video call, where you and I will discuss your career aspirations, strategies to break into tech or become proficient in Product design, and other topics as determined by your needs. At our first few meetings, we will create a plan for you that will help you track your progress toward achieving your goals. We will check in on how you're doing on a regular basis. If you are interested in learning Product Design, I'll give you a list of resources that have been most helpful to me. You can use the 1-1 meetings to ask questions, solicit feedback on your projects, or get help with any pressing design issues you may be experiencing.

Each cohort will consist of 3-5 individuals that I will meet with biweekly and provide guidance, resources, and help in navigating a career in product design. By creating small cohorts of 3-5 individuals every couple of months, rather than meeting 3-5 new people every week, I can really pay attention to each person's growth and make sure they are on track for success.

I received almost 300 applications within the first 4 hours. I'm not really certain right now, but I anticipate applications will reopen some time in 2022. Acceptance into the program would be on a rolling basis, so essentially, even if you aren’t selected immediately, as my availability frees up and more people transition from this program into stable careers, you could get an invitation to join the program so please be on the lookout.

Well, not really. This isn’t a design course or bootcamp. There are already so many amazing resources available out there and I could definitely point you to a few. What makes this program valuable is what you might not learn in those courses or bootcamps, such as how to break into tech or grow your career as a designer
